Vinyasa Flow – Open level
Our open flow vinyasa class links movement with breathe for an intense mind-body workout, building strength and flexibility, improving posture and alignment while promoting mental clarity and focus. All levels welcome.
These classes are designed to teach form and fundamentals for totally new students, students returning after a hiatus, as well as practitioners looking to refine their technique
Kundalini Yoga incorporates dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and the chanting of mantras. The goal is to build physical vitality and increase consciousness.
Restorative Yoga offers therapeutic tools to balance the nervous system in order to truly rest and replenish energy.
This class teaches basic yoga poses and sequences through games, story-telling and simple stretching. Children will have the opportunity to sing, draw, and play while they exercise their minds and bodies.
